For the Chinese food-obssessed, eGullet resident Shanghai guru Gary Soup has created eatingchinese.org, a free, easy-to-use message board about eating, cooking and thinking about Chinese food. Though the site is in its infant stages, it looks to be a fabulous resource for those of us who think about food, oh, constantly. If you've got the same jones I do, register and start chatting.
Thanks to the site, I just found out about Chinesefooddiy.com, which sends daily email of recipes to your inbox. Yep, I'll let you know if I actually cook any of them.
