I was pulling into the entrance of my school last week on my pink bicycle, and I noticed something hanging on a line by the fence. I stopped for a closer look, and lo and behold -- the residents of the nearby building were drying fish.
Can anyone tell me why fish is dried this way, and what one does with once it has dried?
