I was clicking around the other day on eGullet's China forum, and happened upon a link to a blog to which I felt an instant kinship.
The blog is that of Sue-On Hillman, a woman living in Brandon, Manitoba. She did a week-long blog for eGullet onsisting of the photos and explanations of the meals she cooked over the course of a week. The pictures are fabulous, and will make you very, very hungry.
I was also interested in her blog because her family is also biracial -- she is Chinese and her husband is not. So Chinese food figures in to the mix, along with a host of other things. I just love how she writes lovingly about cooking for her family. Read on for yourself!
